You Can Fund Your Kraken Account For Free This February

This February you can fund your Kraken account for free when you use Etana Custody.

Etana is a custody service that operates with Tier 1 banks across the globe and holds offices in prominent locations of the financial world such as USA, Singapore, Japan, and Europe. The core model of the business is the offering of currency conversion services.

Naturally, in the day-to-day dealings for Kraken clients, this is an important need as they need to turn local fiats into currencies that can be traded on their platform, and the two firms have been partnered since early 2019. These initial benefits were then heightened in July 2019 when a new funding method became available.

For some Kraken clients, they may not have been aware of the partnership or may even have never heard of Etana Custody. However, thanks to this month-long offer, it is the ideal time by which to make use of it is at your choice of payment method. All through the month, you will be able to deposit USD, EUR, CAD, GBP, or JPY in your account and prepare it for trading without the usual deposit wire fees that are in places.

However, while this is something that can be enjoyed throughout February, there is also the added benefit that Etana has waved their 0.125% custody fees charged indefinitely also. As such, there are double savings available when you use this method to fund your trading experiences at Kraken as opposed to the many other services they have available.

How to Benefit

If you are already a user of Etana at Kraken then there is no need to do anything in order to benefit from this offer, except, of course, deposit over the course of February. However, those who aren’t yet patron of the service can easily set up the option for Etana payments on the platform. There is a simple enough procedure by which to complete this.

All you need to do is navigate to the Kraken funding section and selecting the “show all assets” option and click on the Etana option. At this point, you will need to complete a KYC procedure, add your bank account, and a couple of other steps to get the things off the ground. Then you will be good to go and can start enjoying the perks of Etana, including the current ones that are available.

If you are interested in getting involved in these no-fee deal at Kraken then you can click here to go to their site and become a trade of their platform which will allow you benefit from the free Etana deals, as well as a load of other benefits which have been increasing in number in recent months. This includes the inclusion of a new staking option on the platform for Tezos, as well as a growing number of listed tokens and trading features.

On the note of expansion, Kraken also saw further global expansion this week with the acquisition of Bit Trade, Australia’s longest-running crypto service providers. This will see their profile rise worldwide, but mostly, in the APAC region. It also means they now offer one of the largest OTC services in the country, among other new services. You can read our article about that here.

In the meantime, stay tuned for more news from Kraken and get ready for that no fee offer next month at Astana.
