CEX.IO, the online cryptocurrency exchange, recently made CryptoCompare’s top 10 ranking of cryptocurrency exchanges for their July 2020 report. CEX.io exchange, the popular online cryptocurrency exchange, has recently made the top 10 exchanges on CryptoCompare’s July 2020 post. Overall, CEX.IO received an “A” grade from the aggregator. To rank exchanges, CryptoCompare created a cryptocurrency exchange valuation, evaluating over 165 cryptocurrency exchanges around the world on different criteria. In order to qualify for the ranking, exchanges need to follow many measures, such as “adherence to regulations, platform security, liquidity, asset diversity, senior management team, API connectivity stability and performance, and a number of negative events, while ensuring the necessary transparency in crypto asset trading.” CEX.IO ranked the highest in the security category, scoring a 12.5 out of a possible 15. Out of all of the exchanges being evaluated by CryptoCompare, this is the third-highest score given out of all of the cryptocurrency exchanges. According to the security data from CryptoCompare, CEX.IO did not receive a single negative event throughout all of 2020 so far. In addition to the high score received in the security category, CEX.IO also received high scores on Market Quality, Team/Exchange, Data Provision, and Legal/Regulation. Besides CryptoCompare. CEX.IO has also recently made the Coin Metrics list of trusted cryptocurrency exchanges. CEX.IO wants to continue on this path and continue to raise the bar in the future.
